The inimitable David Shanske released the 4.2.0 version of the Syndication Links plugin for WordPress this evening. In addition to some other useful upgrades and bug fixes, the big new feature this release adds is excellent syndication support for Micro.blog.

@shindakun hmmm, interesting…let’s try another test and see if this response arrives. When I pasted the link to reply to, micro.blog/shindakun… into the Response Properties field in WP this time it seemed to parse a lot more information. I wonder if there was something wrong in the previous configuration…

I’m also going to post the text into the Excerpt field to see if that has any effect.

Site Update

For the 432nd time in the last 10 years, I’ve decided that I don’t need to have separate websites for my photography, freelance development work, and personal blog. I’d always thought I should keep work and personal stuff well separated, now that I’m older and wiser, I realise that I should keep it together as they’re both very much connected. I’ve been really enjoying the work of photographer Jeremy Cowart of late, you should check it out, and one thing that he does that I’m a fan of is not only share his work, but also share things going on in his life and with his family, you can often see how the two influence each other.
