iOS 8’s New Key Logger

That “Allow Full Access” warning still haunts me though.

Everyone is different, but I don’t feel comfortable using a key logger from a VC backed company. Privacy policies have a tendency to change when money starts to dry up or the company is acquired.

I’ve gotta agree with Gabe on this one, I don’t think I’ll be checking out SwiftKey anytime soon.

iOS8 Keyboards

Just updated / installed Text Expander 3 on my iPhone, it’s so fricken handy to have full use of all of my snippets across all apps now. Thank you Apple, finally!

Some games I’ve been enjoying of late

After listening to a few episodes of Mike and Viticci’s gaming podcast Virtual, formally known as Directional, I felt a sudden urge to play some games again. Not really sure why, I guess they reminded me of how much I used to enjoy playing my old GameBoy, N64, PS1, PS2, etc.

Anyway, here’s a list of the games I’ve been playing and enjoying recently;

  • Nuclear Throne (mac)
  • OlliOlli (mac)
  • Super Meat Boy (mac)
  • SimCity (mac)
  • Guacamelee (xb1)
  • Titanfall (xb1)
  • Child of Light (psv)
  • Luftrausers (psv)

And to cut a long story short, I’ve found out that I really suck at first person shooters…I get hammered in Call of Duty almost instantly, I don’t fare much better in Titanfall either!
