Squeezing a workout into your daily life when you’re working hard in front of a computer all day can be tough, and we all know that we should be probably be eating better too, but where do you start?
Here’s a relatively new book, Fitness for Geeks: Real Science, Great Nutrition, and Good Health that gives you a bit of a leg up. It’s available in actual book form, or if you’re a true geek you’ll probably be leaning toward the Kindle version.
