★ Weigh in Week 2

Week 2 is done and dusted, and well I didn’t lose any weight this week despite getting some exercise and keeping pretty active all week. I ate very healthily, drank loads and loads of water each day, but unfortunately I didn’t lose any actual kg’s. When I got off of the scales this morning I wasn’t overly happy, however we hadn’t done my measurements yet….

Measurement wise, I actually lost a few centimeters off of my chest and hips. And while it doesn’t feel as good as losing actual weight, it’s still some progress in the right direction so I’m not entirely bummed.

BMI 34.5, Weight 94kg, Neck 43cm, Chest 107cm, Right bicep 37.5cm, Left bicep 33cm, Waist 108cm, Hips 104cm

So that’s 3.5cm off of my chest, and 3cm off of my hips….better than no loss, and way better than gaining weight!
