★ Weigh in Week 0

So here we are with the baseline numbers, ie. my starting point.

Basically these are the areas I’m ‘targeting’ as part of my weight loss, and mostly I’m thinking waist and chest are the more important two numbers here aside from the actual weight.

As well as losing weight I’m also aiming to get a lot more fitter, and improve my flexibility as well.

On to the numbers.

BMI 35.2, Weight 96.5kg, Neck 44cm, Chest 111cm, Right bicep 37cm, Left bicep 33.5cm, Waist 114cm, Hips 108cm

Here’s the graph I’ll be using to track all this, it’s pretty basic and very obvious.
